5:2 Diet - How To Stay On Track on the Fast Diet On Your Fasting Days

In this video I just wanted to share with you some tips that I have used with my clients that help keep them on track on there fasting days when they are following the 5:2 Diet.

The 5:2 Diet also known as The Fast Diet or Intermittent Fasting is something I have personally practiced for years before it was given the name "5:2" I would always have a Monday as My Low Calorie Intake ( but this is not about depriving yourself of food) it is more about focusing on eating super healthy lean, and clean foods, so lots of vegetables and fruits. I would always do this on a Monday and Friday. From experience 5:2 is a great way to keep and maintain a healthy weight. But you should not do this if you are underweight so if your BMI is below 19 please do not follow this diet as being underweight is just as bad for our health as being over weight. This is also not suitable if you are pregnant or for children.

So get more out of your fasting days by eating lots of fruit and vegetables as then your 500 Calories goes a long way.
