However, many people don't particularly like the taste of veggies, or at the very least, would prefer a faster and easier way to include them in their bodybuilding nutrition plan.

Well, if you want the simplest and easiest way to meet your veggie needs for the day, here it is:

Make a veggie smoothie and drink them!

It might not sound very appealing, but the truth is that if you mix your bodybuilding vegetables together with some fruit, sweetener and protein powder, it actually tastes really good and is very enjoyable to consume.

There's no end to the different choices you'll have in terms of vegetables for muscle growth optimization and overall health, and in this video I simply share one possible option: blueberries, lettuce, broccoli and green peppers with some added MiO sweetener for better flavor. However, there is no exact combination of "best vegetables" to build muscle, so you can get creative here and test out some different variations for yourself.

Again, this bodybuilding vegetable smoothie might not sound great on paper, but you'd be surprised at how good it actually tastes.

Going this route will save you the hassle of having to consume your vegetables and fruits separately on their own, and it's also very quick and easy to prepare.
