Pluses:
We booked a standard room, but the light was not working properly. In return the facility Manager offered us to move to honeymoon suite for free! Perfect upgrade! Big thanks!
Also staff is very good at the restaurants, especially JADE restaurants. Once we came there 15 minutes to the end and they served everything I asked for, even after 10pm. Sorry for keeping the staff till late, i hope they found our tips afterwards :)
The accommodating staff, the great food, the beautiful beach, the clean and comfortable rooms, everything was great.
The staff provided an excellent service. From the bell boy to the bartender, every single person did an amazing job in taking care of our needs. The rooms were beautiful and the maid service was outstanding. Two maids came by everyday. One cleaned your room and at night another made your bed, changed your pillows and left you chocolate (that defines the attitude of this place). Spa treatment was out of this world. Very relaxed and stress free atmosphere within every square foot of this place. Also, it felt like we were surrounded by good high class folks, not wild party animals; Wonderful people everywhere we went. Already planning our next stay next year.
Minuses:
I tried cocktail in the coconut at the beach bar in the beginning of our stay. Few days later the barkeepers kept telling me that the coconuts were finished even thought i saw ppl going with this cocktail. So the stuff simply refused to make it, i felt like they lied to me that they cannot make it and i dont know why.
There were a few pushy staff members trying to sign us up for a "special breakfast" which was really just a sales-pitch for buying into travel/timeshares. Had to tell one staff member "No" about 4 times until he stopped asking.
