I started this diet as a way to make my headaches less frequent. I have felt 100 percent more energized since I change my lifestyle. This isnt some fad that you do for a few weeks, this is a commitment to a healthier lifestyle in general.
However, dont worry! The food is great and you have cheat days just like life. You can lose weight and lower your blood pressure just with what you chew!
