There are many diets out there and it can be overwhelming figuring out what you should eat and what you shouldn’t. We will help support you making realistic healthy eating decisions an easy process to be successful in your New Year resolutions.
By gaining a solid understanding of how to make eating healthy a part of your life, you will be acquiring the skills to make it a successful choice all year round.
You will have an understanding on the differences of mainstream diets out on the market. We will go over the pros and cons of each diet.
Developing this knowledge will allow you to save money you might spend on fade diets that won’t be successful in your weight lost goals. You will have an understanding in paleo, Mediterranean diet, weight watchers, eating for your blood type, and HCG.
Starting out the New Year right with a yoga practice can set you up for many successes the rest of the year.
This yoga session will enhance your fresh start by incorporating hip openers to rid away negative feelings, release anxieties, and prepare the body and mind for positive thoughts and goals.
Attaining this knowledge will make you successful in your weight lost and eating goals all year long. You will leave this workshop with the tools to make eating healthy not a fade diet that can be unsuccessful but a lifestyle choice you can succeed at every day in the New Year.
