As the name suggests the diet, you will seriously limit yourself in the food. Diet is very tough, but very productive.
Breakfast: Cup of coffee with 1 spoon sugar and 2 crackers.
Lunch: 2 eggs, cooked "hard boiled", 4 tomatoes, 2 toast.
Dinner: 50 g of cheese, 1 tomato, 1 piece of rye bread, a glass of sweet tea.
