What does Dr Michael Greger, of nutrition facts.org, eat in a day on a vegan diet? I had always wanted to know exactly what Dr Greger ate and then I came across an interview that he gave back in 2010 which revealed what he ate most days. This of course, may have changed since he released his daily dozen list, but I thought it was still interesting.

I believe a low fat raw food vegan diet is optimal for humans however a low fat plant based diet is still a wonderful way to start improving your health, lose weight, cure diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, cancer, IBS &Crohns, migraines, etc!
