DINNER 1% kefir
DAY 2. Morning tea and honey
full lunch, snack and dinner yogurt
DAY 3. Morning tea, honey
lunch, snack, dinner, cottage cheese 1%
DAY 4. 4 times tea with honey
DAY 5. 4 times yogurt
DAY 6. Going back to what started in reverse order (5,4,3,2,1 days)
