The goal is to ensure that your stomach was flat and elastic. It needs to look the same when you are standing and when lying on the back.

Eliminate salt from your diet and reduce the consumption of foods from which the growing belly: white bread, biscuits, cakes. Try to eat regularly and eat very little. In your diet should be enough oranges, lemon juice, watercress. Drink less coffee, but more water.

Breakfasts (choose one of offered variants):

a) a glass of the dietary yoghurt, one orange;
b) one soft-boiled egg, two crispy bread.

Lunch: 250 g chicken (without skin) or fish, a large portion of mixed salad.

Dinner: one steak, grilled, 75 g of cooked beans, one orange.

Lunch and dinner you can swap.

Snacks (two each day): one chocolate bar; a plate of vegetable soup.

To achieve the desired effect it is also important to perform physical exercises. Sit on a chair, back straight, knees are shifted, feet pressed to the floor. Stretch your arms forward, lower chin, exhale, tighten your abdominal muscles and slowly bend to the floor. Inhale, exhale and return to starting position. Repeat the exercise 5 times and gradually increase the norm.
