Diet stick not more than 10 consecutive days. A break - at least for two weeks.

Breakfast: Cup of coffee with 1 spoon sugar and 2 crackers
Lunch: 2 eggs, cooked "hard boiled", 4 tomatoes, 2 toast
Dinner: 50 grams of cheese, 1 tomato, 1 piece of rye bread, a glass of sweet tea
