The saving diet

The secret of this diet is to mix in some nutrition with gymnastics, water and beauty treatments.

Monday
1) After dinner, go outside and walk briskly about a mile - not one ounce of weight from a hearty lunch is not going on your waist.
2) Dinner three hours before bedtime. You can eat meat or fish dish with any vegetable garnish. Drink green tea. Make a soothing herbal bath for feet and hands.

Tuesday (fasting day)
1) Before lunch, eat only fruits and drink a glass of fortified juice or juice.

Sunday (fasting day)
Eat only apples and yogurt or apples and tea with milk.
